About the Role

We are looking for Senior / Software Engineers with a superlative coding skills, preferably in building products in the financial domain. We are looking for innovators, problem solvers and critical thinkers who can take end-to-end ownership, and are passionate of building new products using AI and ML.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack solutions across our product suite
• Take ownership of features end-to-end — from ideation to production
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of junior engineers
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and designers in a fast-paced environment
• Work with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks / willing to ramp up quickly, if new to this space
• Build for performance, usability, security, and scale in a modern cloud-native environment
• Contribute to shaping engineering culture and best practices in a high-ownership setting

Key Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of experience building robust, user-focused software products
• Strong expertise in full-stack development (Node.js, Python, React, or similar)
• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently in ambiguous situations
• Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor a team of engineers
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI
• High energy, strong work ethic, and hunger to build something meaningful

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing tech company.
• Exposure to fintech, AI/ML, or document automation is a plus.
• Experience with banking APIs, or integrations with India digital stack (e.g., account verification, credit checks, payment gateways)
