We are a New York and London based Series A artificial intelligence startup with $24m in funding from San Francisco and Palo Alto venture capital funds. We have raised $24m to date, partner with some of the world’s largest and most complex enterprises (Fortune 500 and equivalent), and are currently growing our team from 30 to 60 employees.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can turn messy enterprise workflows and AI-driven outputs into interfaces people actually understand and trust.

You’ll work end-to-end across discovery, interaction design, and prototyping, and collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define how our users experience conversational intelligence through design.

What You'll Do:

• Translate complex user needs and AI-powered product concepts into clear, usable, and elegant experiences
• Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers, and Data Scientists to prototype and iterate quickly, balancing impact, feasibility, and speed
• Conduct research to uncover user mental models, decision flows, and pain points — especially in data-heavy or analytical contexts
• Map workflows, user journeys, and information architecture that help users trust and act on insights, not just view them
• Design low- to high-fidelity prototypes, rapidly validating ideas through user testing
• Bring system thinking into the design process — designing not just screens, but patterns, behaviours, and principles that scale
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and speed across products

EXPERIENCE:

We're looking for a senior IC product designer who thrives in ambiguity, cares deeply about craft in the age of AI, and wants to build something genuinely important.

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You're confident presenting conceptual work and design vision to C-suite executives
• Obsession with delightful user experiences - you care deeply about how products feel, not just how they function.
• 0-to-1 design experience with proven scale - you've built something from scratch and supported it through to adoption and growth.
• You've thoughtfully evolved your workflow - whether through vibe coding, automating product workflows, or rethinking how to collaborate with others in the age of AI
• Entrepreneurial DNA - you thrive in ambiguity and find energy in bringing structure to chaos. You're comfortable taking initiative and don't wait to be told what to do.
• Experience working in scrappy environments. You don't need a playbook or existing design system to reference, you create the foundation others will build on.
