Their product uses a combination of computer vision, machine learning, and AI agents to analyse on-the-ground activity, predict risks, and drive smarter decision-making for enterprise customers.

As they scale their AI capabilities, they’re looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to take ownership of building and deploying cutting-edge ML systems into production.

You will play a crucial part in leading the end-to-end development of agentic and machine learning solutions from ideation and experimentation to deployment and ongoing optimisation, alongside guiding strategy, influence architecture, and help shape the future of their AI platform.🚀

🧠 What you’ll work on

• Leading the end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions from concept to production
• Designing and deploying agent-based systems and intelligent workflows
• Building scalable ML pipelines and production-grade AI systems
• Working across computer vision, NLP, and predictive modelling use cases
• Driving architectural decisions and shaping the AI roadmap
• Implementing MLOps / AIOps best practices (testing, monitoring, versioning)
• Collaborating with product, backend, and data teams to deliver AI-powered features
• Exploring and integrating the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

🛠️ Tech Stack – Python, Django, PyTorch, TensorFlow, AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, LLM's

🧩 What we’re looking for

• 8+ years in software or ML engineering
• Strong Python experience with modern ML frameworks
• Experience with agentic systems, RAG, or tool-using AI agents
• Deep understanding of LLMs, machine learning, and/or computer vision
• Experience taking ML models or AI systems into production
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS or GCP)
• Ability to work across systems, from modelling to backend integration
• Someone who enjoys ownership, technical leadership, and solving real-world problems
