Product Designer (Design Systems, AI)

PRODUCT DESIGNER (AI, DESIGN SYSTEMS) | UP TO £75K | REMOTE-FIRST FROM UK

Few&Far are hiring for a Perm Product Designer (Design Systems) to join a high-growth Series A AI scale-up, who build sovereign AI operating platforms for high-assurance and complex enterprise environments (including Government, Defence, Finance).

Duties:

• Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Design, you’d take complete ownership of architecting their central design system (Springboard)
• A core objective for the role will be pioneering how design systems support dynamic, Generative-AI UI and agentic component rendering, working side-by-side with a dedicated Design Systems Engineer
• Consolidate, architect, and own the design system centrally

Essential Requirements:

• Strong experience in design systems - architecture, component management, rollout
• Strong UI & Visual Design skills - aesthetics, brand, micro-interactions, polish
• Extensive AI Experience: AI workflow experience and using AI to push component updates, experimenting with agentic UI generation
• Able to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• Experience in B2B / B2G, and SC Clearance/SC eligibility is desirable (not essential).
