Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketer who combines expert email scraping skills with a strong sales mindset to enhance our lead generation and sales outreach efforts. This role requires ownership of lead generation, email marketing, and outreach initiatives, blending marketing expertise with inside sales to deliver qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, email marketing, and data-driven techniques to generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Email Scraping
- Utilize advanced tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, industry-specific forums) to gather emails of decision-makers and key stakeholders (ICP – Ideal Customer Profile) across various industries.
- Identify and source high-quality leads for the sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain a clean and updated database of leads for targeted outreach.
- Email Campaign Creation & Management
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns tailored to different segments of our ICP.
- Develop personalized and engaging email templates aligned with our product offerings.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and iterate for improvement.
- Inside Sales Support & Meeting Scheduling
- Qualify leads through effective outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn messages) and collect key information for the sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between the sales team and qualified prospects.
- Nurture leads through follow-ups and re-engagement strategies to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management & Reporting
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads, emails, meetings, and outcomes.
- Keep detailed records of outreach efforts and communications.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, email campaign performance, and scheduled sales meetings.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation strategies, ICP definitions, and email messaging.
- Share prospect feedback with the Marketing team to improve messaging and campaign strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in email marketing, lead generation, and inside sales (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment).
- Email Scraping Expertise: Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, and other industry-specific platforms to extract email addresses.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Email Marketing Skills: Strong ability to write compelling email copy, design campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
- Lead Qualification: Familiarity with frameworks for lead qualification (e.g., MQL to SQL nurturing).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with decision-makers at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Tools Knowledge: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadFuze, PhantomBuster, Hunter.io, or similar lead-generation tools.
- Sales Mindset: Goal-oriented, passionate about sales, and driven by results.
