About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Solution Architect to join our dynamic team at E.ON Grid Solutions GmbH. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and innovative platform solutions centered around customer contact management. Your expertise will help us revolutionize our Meter-to-Cash processes by leveraging Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), and the Power Platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and other architects, to develop architecture blueprints, ensure system integration, and uphold security standards. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our customer service operations, supporting our mission to lead the digital transformation in energy distribution.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik or a comparable IT discipline, complemented by extensive practical experience. Proven success in designing and developing integrated solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure is essential. You should have a solid understanding of system architecture, external interface integration, and cloud-based solutions. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are crucial to navigate complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions. Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or .NET will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance customer contact management platforms utilizing Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 CE.
• Lead the development of innovative solutions by harnessing the capabilities of MS Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure, ensuring they meet technical standards and business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other architects to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure seamless integration within the existing system landscape.
• Implement automation processes that optimize customer interactions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experience.
• Ensure all solutions comply with security standards, data protection regulations, and industry best practices to safeguard customer information and maintain platform integrity.
• Participate in agile development processes, such as SAFe and SCRUM, facilitating effective communication and iterative delivery of solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
