About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging static ad creatives, product visuals, social media posts, and promotional graphics tailored for our digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Your designs will play a crucial role in capturing attention, increasing engagement, and boosting conversions. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within India. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of e-commerce advertising, and the ability to produce high-quality designs consistently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, specifically for e-commerce or D2C brands
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of what makes social media ad creatives stand out, including visual hooks, contrast, readability, and effective CTA placement
• Experience designing for beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands is preferred
• Ability to deliver 5-8 polished designs daily while maintaining consistency and quality
• An eye for clean, modern, and premium aesthetics
• Familiarity with ad format requirements such as 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5
• Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and capable of working independently without micromanagement

Responsibilities

• Design static ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including single image, carousel, and story formats
• Develop product mockups, lifestyle visuals, and before/after graphics to showcase our offerings effectively
• Create engaging social media posts for our Instagram and Facebook pages to increase brand visibility
• Design promotional banners, BOGO offer graphics, and sale creatives to support marketing campaigns
• Develop banners and hero images for Shopify product pages to enhance visual appeal
• Produce thumbnail images for video advertisements to maximize click-through rates
• Adapt successful designs into various sizes and formats suitable for different advertising placements
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visual assets, ensuring brand recognition and coherence
