About The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Communications Team on a short-term contractual basis, ending in February 2027. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-stakes political campaigns and legislative initiatives across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates our clients' messages and enhances their electoral presence. You will work closely with strategists and content creators to develop visual storytelling that aligns with campaign objectives and maintains brand consistency. This position requires a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design is essential to produce visually appealing and effective materials. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to create designs suitable for both print and digital media, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. Attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sense are critical for ensuring high-quality deliverables. Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is considered an advantage. Additionally, proficiency in Punjabi language (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory, as the role involves working on regional campaigns and creating culturally relevant content.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content, including logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, advertisements, and other marketing collateral tailored to campaign needs.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the company's branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of your work.
• Collaborate with content writers, strategists, and campaign managers to develop cohesive visual storytelling that aligns with campaign messaging.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback, ensuring final outputs meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Assist in the development of innovative visual concepts that can effectively engage target audiences and elevate campaign visibility.
