About The Role

We are seeking a strategy-minded Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is pivotal in driving the visual execution of campaigns across social media, paid advertising, event branding, and high-stakes pitch presentations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of high-level conceptual thinking and hands-on design skills, capable of translating complex corporate objectives into engaging visual content. Working closely with Art Directors and cross-functional teams, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling assets that align with brand guidelines and strategic goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand narratives and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a focus on social and paid media campaigns.
• At least 4+ years of total experience in a corporate, agency, or enterprise setting, such as professional services, financial services, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Exceptional MS PowerPoint layout and design skills, with the ability to craft visually polished presentations.
• Strong understanding of print, digital, and social media platform specifications.
• Excellent presentation skills, high business acumen, and strong self-management capabilities.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach to teamwork and creative processes.

Portfolio Requirements: Candidates must submit a portfolio featuring 5-6 curated case studies that detail project context, creative challenges, strategic decisions, and visual outcomes. Demonstrated work in social/paid media campaigns, video storyboarding, and event branding is essential. The portfolio should also showcase versatility across proposals, web design, presentation decks, and collateral, illustrating the ability to work within brand guidelines across various formats.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute comprehensive campaign assets for social media, paid advertising, marketing collateral, and sponsorship event branding, including booth and environmental designs.
• Lead design consultations with internal stakeholders, translating business needs into compelling visual proposals and pitches using advanced PowerPoint techniques.
• Create visual storyboards, mood boards, and creative briefs to guide video and animation teams in motion graphics production.
• Manage project estimates, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Art Directors and creative professionals, providing constructive feedback and innovative ideas.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to produce engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform specifications, and emerging design techniques to continually enhance the quality of deliverables.
