POSITION SUMMARY:

FIG Solutions is seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce Administrator - Marketing Cloud/Pardot to support our clients remotely from the Philippines. This role involves managing and maintaining Salesforce environments, supporting users, optimizing processes, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Marketing Cloud and Pardot platforms.
Design customer journeys and lead nurturing programs.
Segment audiences and execute targeted campaigns.
Ensure data sync between Salesforce CRM and marketing tools.
Build and optimize emails, landing pages, and automation workflows.
Track campaign performance and report on key metrics.
Maintain deliverability, personalization, and compliance standards.
Integrate external systems using APIs and Salesforce connectors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot
Strong understanding of marketing lifecycle strategies and customer journey mapping
Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and scripting for personalization
Experience with data management, syncing, and CRM integrations
Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
