About Us
Fenchel Family Law PC is a powerhouse Bay Area family-law boutique representing high-net-worth clients in complex divorce, custody, and financial matters. We deliver white-glove service with modern systems, discretion, and precision. Our brand stands for sophistication, results, and humanity.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Director of Marketing & Brand Experience to architect and elevate every aspect of the firm’s visibility, reputation, and community presence. This is a senior, hands-on position for someone who already understands the culture and cadence of family-law practice and can translate that knowledge into refined marketing, business-development, and brand systems.
You’ll partner directly with the Founder to design and execute the firm’s marketing vision—earning prestigious awards, creating elegant materials, managing referral relationships, and ensuring every client and partner experience reflects our white-glove standard.

• Oversee firm and Founder social-media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook); create or supervise content and track engagement.
Brand Execution & Collateral
• Design or direct production of high-end materials—welcome packets, referral decks, stationery, and announcement postcards.
• Choose premium stationery and print vendors; maintain visual and tone consistency.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots; manage the firm’s creative-asset library and repurpose content across channels.
• Curate luxury gifting and client/referral-partner touchpoints that reflect our brand.

• Create and implement systems to track referrals in and out, analyze data, and report results quarterly.
• Publicize wins, awards, and recognitions across digital and print channels.
• Develop individualized business-development plans for attorneys.
Execution & Leadership Style
• Operate independently while aligning closely with the Founder’s vision.
• Establish repeatable systems and templates for scalable marketing.
• Balance strategy and delivery—comfortable writing, directing design, and managing vendors.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to mirror executive or attorney tone.
• Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and understanding of luxury-level branding in a legal context.
• High discretion, reliability, and exacting attention to detail.
⸻
You’ll Thrive Here If You
