About You
You’re an ABM-first demand marketer who turns named-account strategy into pipeline and revenue. You orchestrate multi-channel plays across LinkedIn (sponsored, InMail, retargeting), email, content, and events, meeting each buying committee where they are. You own our ideal customer profile: you keep it current, turn it into clear segments, and craft simple, persona-specific messages and tiered experiences. You write tight, conversion-focused copy and constantly test offers, formats, CTAs, and cadences. Fluent with AI (ChatGPT, Claude) and ABM/CRM tools, you build actionable dashboards for engagement, CTR/CPL, ROI, and pipeline influence, partnering with Sales/RevOps to optimize in-flight. A proactive self-starter, you thrive in high-growth SaaS.
You Will
ABM Strategy & Execution
Design and lead multi-channel ABM programs to engage target accounts at every stage of the buying journey.
Drive LinkedIn-based demand generation campaigns, including sponsored content, InMail, retargeting, and custom audience activation.
Create account-specific campaign plays that integrate paid, email, content, and events into cohesive experiences.
Campaign Development
Develop short-form, high-conversion content for LinkedIn ads, landing pages, nurture programs, and outbound sequences.
Tailor messaging and creative assets to specific personas and account tiers to increase relevance and engagement.
Test and optimize ad formats, CTAs, and campaign structures to maximize engagement and conversion.
ICP Expert
Understand the ICP at a high-level and be liaison for the marketing team in building more targeted messaging throughout department
Continuously refine the research and definitions of ICP-, ICP, and ICP+
Segmentation & Personalization
Develop targeted ad and email campaigns using AI, data-driven ABM audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, and dynamic content.
Work closely with the CRM team to refine audience segmentation for more personalized and relevant messaging.
Analytics & Reporting
Build dashboards and reports to track ABM program success, including engagement by account, pipeline influence, and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance by channel (CTR, CPL, pipeline impact) and optimize in real-time.
Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve targeting and personalization.
