Your Role: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our creative team. In this role, you will help bring our mission to life through compelling, mission-aligned visual design that inspires and engages volunteers and donors.

Pay, Schedule & Benefits:
This is a part-time contract position. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday during daytime business hours.
What You’ll Do: Design visual assets for a range of digital and print channels, including:
Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop and execute campaigns that are aligned with brand guidelines and goals.
Support internal teams with on-brand materials and presentations.
Maintain consistency of FMSC’s visual identity across all creative deliverables.
Prepare files for digital production and pre-press, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in an in-house creative or marketing team or agency setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with Figma or Canva.
Print Production Savvy: Able to create print-ready files and manage production details, possess a strong understanding of prepress setup, color management, bleeds, trim, resolution, and print specifications, and collaborate with print vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-brand execution.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across digital and print formats.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
Passion for FMSC’s mission and a desire to use your creative talent for global impact a plus.
Your Team:
Work location is primarily remote, with occasional travel to our Coon Rapids, MN headquarters for meetings. Reports to Senior Graphic Designer.
