Job Title: Marketing Manager

Role
We are seeking a well-rounded Marketing Manager with experience in software/SaaS to join our Sales & Marketing team, serving an Aviation Portfolio of Vertical Market SaaS companies. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will oversee the day-to-day marketing activities for a portfolio of companies based in New Zealand, Australia, and the USA.
In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand growth, generate leads, and position our products as leaders in the aviation software industry. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, refine brand messaging, and collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of three direct reports.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with our booking’s targets.
- Oversee planning and implementation of campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to refine strategies, e.g.
1 Penetration analysis
2 Usage analysis
- Open rates, bounce rates, engagement paths etc.
- Coordinate with the product team for product launches and promotional activities.
- Mentor and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing management experience, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Proven ability to analyze data and apply deep marketing insights to strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive messaging.
- Strategic thinker, focused on driving results and continuous improvement.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and driving initiatives across an organization.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
