We’re looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer with visual identity experience to join our remote team immediately, where you will collaborate directly with our Design Director and senior team, receiving mentorship while also having the space to work independently on projects. In this role, you’ll balance the everyday craft of design with the bigger-picture challenge of shaping brand systems. From shaping bold new visual identities to creating the everyday touchpoints that bring brands to life—in social, digital, and print environments—you’ll help ensure every expression of our clients’ brands feels vivid and timeless.

What you’ll do

Day-to-day design

• Deliver high-quality design across a wide range of touchpoints: web and app design, social graphics, print materials, outdoor campaigns, presentations, reports, and more.

Visual Content Creation

• Extend and evolve existing brand identities—creating fresh, on-brand design solutions that feel current, distinctive, and strategic.
• Ensure consistency while pushing creative boundaries to keep brands vibrant and relevant.

Brand Identity Design

• Contribute to logo ideation, visual identity exploration, and system development.
• Help define and finalize identity systems, ensuring cohesion across all brand touchpoints.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of professional design experience, with a strong emphasis on branding and identity.
• Portfolio that demonstrates skill in identity design, plus versatility across digital, print, and environmental applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfort with presentation tools like Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Sharp eye for typography, color, and composition, with the ability to flex across styles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Available to work US East Coast (ET time zone)
