At Fayara, we’re building and scaling high-performance digital infrastructure that powers growth across AdTech and MarTech ecosystems. We’re looking for people who are curious, driven, and eager to take ownership in solving complex, high-impact problems.

Location: Cyprus

Work Model: Hybrid model (3 days per week from the office).

Salary: €40,000 - €48,000

You're not joining an existing marketing machine. You're building one.

Imagine joining a company where the brands are already successful, the business is growing, and leadership genuinely values marketing.

Now imagine discovering that there isn't yet one person owning the bigger picture.

The websites are there.

The social channels exist.

The conferences happen.

The email databases have been built.

Content is being created.

But nobody wakes up every morning thinking...

_"How do we make all of this work together?"

_That's where you come in.

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity. Someone who loves taking multiple brands, multiple channels and multiple ideas, then turning them into one clear marketing strategy.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days waiting for briefs.

You'll be the person asking the questions.

Who are we trying to reach?

Why does this channel exist?

What should success actually look like?

What story are we telling?

How do we know if it's working?

During your first month, you'll immerse yourself in the business. You'll get to know our brands, our audiences, our websites, our social channels, our email platforms, our conferences, our suppliers, our content and the people behind them. You'll identify what's working, what's missing and where the biggest opportunities lie.

Then you'll start putting the pieces together.

You'll define the purpose of every marketing channel, create content plans, improve our websites, organise campaigns, build processes, take ownership of conferences and events, and ensure everything we communicate feels like it comes from one company with one clear voice.

By the end of your second month, you won't be learning anymore.

You'll be executing.

Content will be going live.

Email campaigns will be running.

Marketing calendars will be owned by you.

Performance will be measured.

Channels will be growing.

You'll begin building marketing as a function rather than a collection of individual activities.

After three months, we expect something different.

We expect people across the business to naturally come to you when they think about marketing.

Because you'll own it.

You'll have created structure where there wasn't enough.

You'll have improved our digital presence.

You'll have delivered campaigns, supported conferences, strengthened our employer brand, improved our websites, and established a consistent rhythm across every marketing channel.

Most importantly, you'll have a clear six-month vision for where we're going next.

Who will love this role?

You'll probably enjoy this opportunity if you naturally think...

_"There has to be a better way to organise this."

_You like creating strategies, but you also enjoy writing the content.

You enjoy analysing performance, but you're equally happy rolling up your sleeves and publishing a LinkedIn post or updating a website.

You don't wait to be told what needs improving.

You spot it.

Then you fix it.

You'll work closely with our CEO, Sales, HR and teams across the business, so communication and relationship building matter just as much as marketing knowledge.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys ownership.

Not ownership of one campaign.

Ownership of an entire marketing function.

If that sounds exciting rather than overwhelming, we'd love to meet you.

We value thoughtful applications and review each one carefully. Every application is reviewed by a member of our team. If your experience aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch regarding next steps.
