Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social) m/w/d

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and analytical Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social) to drive our paid social media efforts. In this role, you will develop a structured and strategic approach to all paid social campaigns, managing them from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Continuously monitor and refine campaign performance to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and create reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to design compelling and high-performing ad creatives.
• Research market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and areas for optimization.
• Maintain budget flexibility and adjust spending as needed, including occasional weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on paid social.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Creative eye for engaging advertisements and the ability to provide clear, effective briefs to designers.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Self-motivated, structured, and adaptable with a high level of commitment.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Passion for health, fasting, and well-being topics.
