Position Overview:

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, the ability to translate user needs into seamless digital experiences, and a passion for aesthetics and usability.Key Responsibilities:
• User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to improve overall user experience.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback.
• Visual Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. Develop high-fidelity mockups and design assets for development teams.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers. Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Usability Testing: Test designs with real users to identify and resolve usability issues. Iterate designs based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
