We are seeking a Data Scientist to work remotely in Latin America.

Job title: Master Data Engineer

Duration: 8 months plus extensions

Start date: as soon as possible

Location: remote

Key Required Skills:

- Advanced English level.

- Over 5 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles, with hands-on development of production-grade ML models using Python, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch.

- Strong experience building and optimizing recommendation systems (e.g., collaborative filtering, personalization engines), with exposure to graph-based learning, clustering, or matchmaking algorithms in large-scale environments.

- Proven expertise in experimentation and statistical analysis, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and inferential statistics, with the ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

- Experience working with MLOps and real-time ML systems, including model deployment, monitoring, and scalability in production environments; familiarity with reinforcement learning or adaptive systems is a plus.
