Onsite, Pune (Hadapsar)

Work timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Alternate Saturdays off

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Own end-to-end WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to drive repeat purchases and reduce customer churn
  • Build and manage customer segments on CRM for targeted, personalised communication at every stage of the lifecycle Track and report on key retention metrics, repeat order rate, customer lifetime value and churn rate, and translate data into action
  • Design and execute loyalty programs, referral campaigns and win-back flows for lapsed customers
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, creatives, timing and offers, and apply learnings to improve performance
  • Brief the design team on campaign creatives and review outputs before they go live
  • Monitor post-purchase experience and feed customer insights back into the retention strategy
  • Publish weekly retention dashboards and share findings with the marketing lead

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education

BBA / MBA in Marketing or equivalent

Experience

1 to 3 years, ideally from D2C brands, e-commerce, food and beverage, or consumer goods.

Technical Skills

  • WhatsApp and email marketing, ideation to execution
  • CRM management and customer segmentation
  • Loyalty program design and win-back flow execution
  • A/B testing and campaign performance analysis

Tools You Should Know

  • Klaviyo / MoEngage / WebEngage / CleverTap (any one)
  • CRM
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, advanced level (pivot tables, dashboards, complex formulas)

Communication

Strong written and spoken English skills
