Founded in 2016 by Lisa Stelly Osbourne, we sell baking decor and beverage enhancements that deliver a unique and elevated experience—from our signature Crunchy Jimmies to edible glitter, Baking Confetti, and seasonal kits that make any moment Fancy.

We’re scaling fast across national retailers such as Walmart, Kroger, Target and online via Amazon. The company employs a fully remote corporate team that is highly diversified across the US. FANCY is backed by Sterling Partners, a Chicago-based Private Equity firm. Lisa Stelly continues to lead product and brand vision as Chief Creative Officer, connecting with a passionate, discerning audience across digital and social platforms.

The Role

The Assistant Brand Manager at FANCY SPRINKLES supports and executes product strategy to fuel growth and elevate the brand’s presence in retail. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working cross‑functionally to launch new products that delight customers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product launches and packaging updates - from concept through commercialization- for innovation and renovation projects which include seasonal launches
  • Oversee the product launch calendars and meet all deadlines
  • Develop compelling retail presentations and coordinate all logistics for line review meetings
  • Analyze sales, consumer insights, and market trends to support brand growth initiatives
  • Contribute to consumer research initiatives and translate findings into actionable insights for messaging and innovation
  • Lead development of point-of-sale display materials
  • Help prepare monthly business reviews and data‑driven recommendations
  • Be nimble—ready to contribute to ad‑hoc marketing and creative tasks in a fast-moving, small‑company setting

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA is a plus
  • 4-5 years of experience in product/brand management, ideally with a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) company; food / beverage experience a plus
  • Experience working with retailers (e.g. Walmart, Kroger, Target) is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Google Suite of products
  • Familiarity with syndicated data tools (e.g. Nielsen, Circana/IRI)
  • Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and coordinate product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Analytical thinker who can turn data into narrative and action
  • Creative communicator with strong presentation skills and attention to brand voice
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across functions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated initiative and leadership potential
  • Adaptable and resilient—comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Passionate about food, baking, creative expression, and the brand’s mission to elevate how the next generation makes, bakes and creates
