Remote Forex Marketing Specialist

Your Role:

Falcon Funded is seeking an in-house Marketing Specialist to elevate our brands to the next level.

This role will focus on two key areas:

1. Email Marketing & Lead Generation – Developing and executing targeted campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
2. Brand Development & Strategy – Creating brand books, planning and scheduling advertisements, and shaping the long-term vision for our brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to marketing, ensuring our brands grow and thrive in the coming years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take lead across all aspects of the marketing department.
• Creating and managing email flows, templates and a full strategy for both new and existing clients.
• Manage 7 instagrams with its own strategy and content schedule.
• Creating, copywriting advertisements and communicate with UGC creators for deliverables. ( AI Driven )
• Forex Copywriting ( Ads, Newsletters, Emails )
• Creating overall strategy for the forex brands and the prop firm.
• Taking control in making advertisements, creating exposure on instagram and building/expending the brand on social media.
• Finetune and built/extend the marketing team. ( copywriters, email marketeers, editors, graphic designers)
• Build a positive and productive culture in the marketing team
• Lead our email, social media and editing teams.

What You’ll Need:

• Innovative and senior level experience with AI user generated content.
• Deep down Forex experience is required. ( without experience the application will not be considered )
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing and management
• No 9-5 mentality ( this is a senior position that wont have regular 9-5 hours )
• High level experience +5 years in related feels + a trackrecord to show experience and previous made work.
• Clear communication and open for criticism
• Experience in building brands and creating leading social media accounts
• High level ( senior level ) Sales/marketing background
• Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
• Fluent english in speaking and writing. Spanish, French and German is a big +
