Program Manager - San Francisco

PROGRAM MANAGER: Faith Group, LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager who will be primarily responsible for leading capital projects at San Francisco International Airport. The role shall support Program Management/Owners Rep contracts at SFO.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- As a partner to the airport staff, provide input on design and direction for design/build teams.
- Utilizing SFO approved tools, compile schedules and project summaries for capital projects. This includes review and validation of contractor submitted schedules.
- Lead project controls and reporting procedures on behalf of SFO for specific projects. This includes leading Faith Group resources to update information in Airport’s PM platform, Unifier. As required, produce reports and deliverables to help the Airport manage the program.
- Review and manage project financials, including contractor pay-app requests, overall project budget and spend plan. Provide input to SFO team on project forecasts, budgets, and potential cost saving opportunities.
- Lead the review of project estimates and support the production of independent project budget estimates.
- Prepare and review life cycle costs, operations forecasts and cost-benefit analysis.
- Utilize Airport document control platform, ensuring accurate documentation and logs of information transmittals. The Program Manager shall be responsible for working with Faith Group team project controls staff for the maintenance of all project related documentation.
- As needed, provide specialized consulting and technical services. This could include safety risk assessment, phasing plan review, design updates and input, and other miscellaneous project consultation as required.
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience working on design and construction projects either as lead designer, project manager, or similar role and relevant experience. Airport experience, and work with Integrated Design Build methodologies, is highly preferred.
- 10 years or more of experience managing large capital projects.
- Familiar with airport regulations, including FAA and CBP
- Working experience with Bluebeam and MS Office products
- Ability to self-manage throughout the project and work as part of a team
- Proven communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Active participation in industry organizations
- Associate’s in Applied Science; Bachelor’s preferred
Salary:
- $200,000+ depending on education, skill and experience.
