Role Description the Contract – Acting Brand & Digital Marketing Manager (temporary title) sits within the Marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing, with day-to-day collaboration with the Strategic Brand Manager.
The position is responsible for supporting the execution of Fairview’s brand, content and digital marketing strategy, ensuring consistency across campaigns, channels and systems. The role plays a key part in delivering integrated marketing initiatives across brand, content, CPD programs and digital performance.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
- (Equivalent practical experience may be considered.)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally across brand, content, and digital channels in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated experience executing brand strategy and content marketing initiatives, including multi-channel campaigns (web, social, email, sales enablement)
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), including lead management and funnel optimisation.
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital performance marketing, including:
- SEO fundamentals and tools (e.g. SEMrush or similar)
- Paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Digital analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent)
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally (e.g. sales, product, technical teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of deliverables.
DESIRABLE
- Experience in B2B marketing within construction, architecture, engineering, or the built environment
- Experience managing or supporting CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programs, training content, or technical marketing materials.
- Experience working with external agencies, particularly across SEO, paid media, or content production.
- Familiarity with brand transformation or rebranding initiatives, including rollout across multiple channels.
- Exposure to marketing-sales alignment processes, including lead routing, SLA management, and pipeline contribution.
- Basic understanding of compliance-driven content or regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy Fairview’s New Brand Strategy
Collaborate with the Visual Marketing Executive to plan and deliver sector-specific content that responds to market needs and reflects the new brand identity and positioning.
Content, Digital and Channel Strategy
Oversee the creation and deployment of high-impact, brand-aligned content in line with the new business strategy across all touchpoints i.e. web, social, eDMs and sales enablement tools and marketing activities i.e. campaigns and product launches.
CPD Program Management
Working closely with the Specification and Category teams, manage the portfolio of CPD presentations ensuring they are up to date with latest compliance regulations and architect/engineer needs and wants. Occasional coordination assistance with Sales Support.
SEO, Paid Media and Digital Performance
Manage and optimise SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and website performance. As well as oversee paid media activity (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) including agency management where applicable.
Lead Optimisation of Marketing Systems
Ensure salesforce and Hubspot are optimised to produce quality leads to flow into the sales funnel. As well as facilitate the assignment of inbound leads to the sales team in a timely manner.
