We are looking for Middle+/Senior Product Designer who will become the perfect match to our strong Product Team.
The role you'll play will be focused on redesigning our Fairmarkit platform. You will be focused on the design and strategy utilizing tools such as Figma, Maze, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand core user journeys and the business processes Fairmarkit automates, and design intuitive experiences that empower users to complete tasks efficiently on the platform.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define a unified strategy, vision, and roadmap for the product area.
- Align stakeholders by setting clear goals, fostering shared understanding, and driving team motivation.
- Proactively gather and act on feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve documentation.
- Leverage customer insights to craft impactful journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs.
- Work independently with a strong customer focus, using the design system to streamline processes and reduce handoffs.
- Deliver user-centered designs informed by market trends, data, customer feedback, research insights, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research, including participant recruitment, concept testing, usability testing, and synthesizing customer feedback.
- Perform UX audits and usability tests regularly to iterate on designs and enhance the user experience over time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in User Interface Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience with procurement systems, ERP, fintech, SaaS, or other enterprise platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user interface design projects and demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles and processes.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems.
- Solid UX research skills: user interviews, journey mapping, JTBD, and scenario analysis.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain a design system (or work within an existing one).
- Experience creating interactive prototypes and presenting design solutions to stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of UX principles: accessibility, usability, cognitive load, and behavioral psychology.
- Knowledge of working with complex data structures: filters, tables, dashboards.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (comfortable with professional communication, documentation, and presentations).

- Clearly articulate design decisions by grounding them in user insights and business objectives.
- Adapt easily to evolving requirements, constraints, and shifting product priorities.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, analysts, and engineers to drive shared outcomes.
- Prioritize user needs and experience at every stage of the design process.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering intuitive and impactful product experiences.
- Influence strategy and vision by working closely with leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Balance scope, speed, and quality to deliver high-impact results efficiently.
- Maintain a clear understanding of how individual initiatives align with and support broader company goals.
- Lead end-to-end design efforts—from discovery and research through to high-fidelity design and implementation with engineering.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of procurement workflows: requisitions, approvals, purchase orders,vendor management.
- Experience in data-heavy interfaces: analytics dashboards, reports, charts, complex tables.
- Background in designing B2B systems with multiple user roles and business workflows.
- UX writing/microcopy skills (error messages, UI text, system feedback).
- Participation in redesigns or large-scale product transformations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Maze, Confluence, or similar for collaboration and research.
