Role Summary
Promolytics is seeking a part-time contractor based in Northeastern Pennsylvania to help amplify founder visibility, company visibility, and awareness for the book Own the Insight. This role is execution-focused and best suited for someone who can take existing messaging and build a strong Facebook and Instagram presence, repurpose content, and provide practical optimization recommendations. The founder will remain the primary voice for LinkedIn posts and LinkedIn articles.
What You’ll Do
• Execute Facebook and Instagram content: Create, schedule, and publish 4–5 Facebook posts and 3–4 Instagram posts per week by repurposing the founder’s existing messaging, thought leadership, and book content into platform-native formats
• Build visibility for “Own the Insight”: Create book-related social content (quote graphics, excerpt posts, review outreach), pitch the book to podcast hosts and newsletters, and drive awareness through relevant online communities and groups
• Review and optimize the founder’s LinkedIn content: The founder writes and publishes all LinkedIn posts and articles. You will review them regularly and deliver written recommendations for improving hooks, formatting, hashtags, engagement, and positioning
• Create visual assets: Design social graphics, one-pagers, email headers, and story templates in Canva and BeeFree
• Support email campaigns: Repurpose social content into email assets; help design and prepare campaigns in HubSpot for the founder’s review and send
• Gather market intelligence: Monitor competitor social activity, track audience engagement themes, and surface insights that inform content and outreach strategy
• Cross-review SDR outreach copy: Review outbound messaging for brand consistency and suggest improvements
What You Will not Do
• Write or publish LinkedIn posts on behalf of the founder—the founder owns LinkedIn voice
• Create core messaging from scratch; messaging already exists; your job is to repurpose and amplify it
• Act as the company’s public spokesperson or thought leader
Who This Is For
• You have 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with strong Facebook and Instagram execution skills
• You know how to repurpose long-form content (articles, book excerpts, thought leadership) into short-form social content
• You are proficient in Canva and comfortable with HubSpot or similar marketing tools
• You have experience promoting books, personal brands, or thought leaders (strong plus)
• You are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• You thrive in ambiguity and can prioritize without being told what to do next
• You have history working for Alcohol Beverage Manufacturing (strong plus)
• You live in Northeastern Pennsylvania
Who This is Not For
• Someone who needs a detailed brief for every post
• Someone who wants to own the brand voice - the founder retains that
• Someone who is primarily a strategist and prefers advising over executing
• Someone uncomfortable with the startup pace, changing priorities, or limited resources
• Someone who does not live in Northeastern Pennsylvania
Ideal Background
• 3-6 years in digital marketing, social, audience growth, or brand support (ideally in the Alcohol Beverage Industry)
• Strong execution on Facebook and Instagram
• Able to repurpose long-form ideas into short-form content assets
• Organized, self-directed, startup-comfortable
• Understands professional services, B2B, or thought leadership marketing
What Success Looks Like
In 90 days, Promolytics has an active, consistent Facebook and Instagram presence with growing audiences. “Own the Insight” is gaining visibility through social promotion and external placements. The founder’s LinkedIn engagement has measurably improved based on your optimization suggestions. Prospects who Google the company or founder find a credible, professional, and active social footprint.
