About Fabric Labs
Fabric Labs is building three innovative and complementary products: Fabric Mesh Chain, Zipper, and Polyester. Our flagship products include a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain (Fabric Mesh), a robust asset-wrapping protocol (Zipper), and a retail-oriented decentralized exchange (Polyester) designed to rival centralized exchanges in speed, usability, and security.
We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing team committed to pushing the boundaries of decentralized technology. Fabric Labs is actively seeking world-class talent to join us in shaping the future of blockchain and decentralized finance.
Role Overview
We’re building a suite of high-performance applications in crypto, trading, and Web3 infrastructure — and we’re looking for a world-class UI/UX Designer to help us craft elegant, functional, and forward-thinking interfaces that feel as good as they look. You’ll work directly with our founders, product team, and top-tier frontend engineers to shape the visual identity and usability of our platforms.
We're moving fast. This isn’t a slow corporate gig. We’re looking for a creative problem-solver who thrives on pushing pixels and product logic — someone who designs not just for beauty, but for impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Design beautiful and highly functional interfaces for crypto, trading, and DeFi products
- Work from wireframes to polished mockups, prototypes, and dev-ready handoffs
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to refine user experience
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs
- Establish and evolve consistent design systems across multiple products
- Translate complex information into clean, intuitive user flows
- Continuously iterate based on feedback, data, and usage patterns
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with fintech, trading, or crypto products
- Mastery of Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, etc.)
- A keen eye for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy
- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile (responsive, adaptive)
- Deep understanding of user behavior, usability principles, and accessibility
- Strong portfolio showcasing functional, real-world UI/UX design work
- Fluent in English, able to work in a fast-paced, senior team environment
Bonus Points
- Experience with Web3 tools, wallets, or dApps
- Familiarity with TradingView charts, orderbooks, or financial dashboards
- Strong motion/interaction design skills (microinteractions, transitions)
- Experience with Tailwind, component libraries, or dev handoff tools
- Past work on trading platforms, portfolio trackers, or market analytics tools
