Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

ABOUT THE ROLE

F5 Global Talent is hiring a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to design complex web and mobile applications from requirements through developer-ready screens.

This is a product-design role — not a marketing website, landing-page, or graphic-design position. You’ll work on real application experiences such as dashboards, multi-step workflows, forms, application states, navigation, edge cases, and complex user journeys.

You’ll be expected to think beyond individual screens: understand the workflow, determine how information should be structured, account for different states and edge cases, and create an experience that is both intuitive for users and practical for developers to build.

Advanced Figma proficiency is required, including components, Auto Layout, organized design systems, and clean developer handoff.

This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in the Philippines. U.S. business-hours availability is preferred.

IMPORTANT: We are looking for 5+ years of UX/UI or product-design experience specifically on web or mobile applications. If your portfolio is primarily marketing websites, landing pages, branding, or graphic design, this role is not the right fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design complex web and mobile applications from requirements through final screens

• Map multi-step user workflows and account for application states and edge cases

• Design dashboards, forms, navigation, data-heavy screens, and operational workflows

• Turn business requirements into clear information architecture and interaction patterns

• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished production-ready UI

• Build and maintain reusable Figma components and design-system patterns

• Use Auto Layout and structured Figma files that scale across the application

• Maintain consistency across web and mobile experiences

• Prepare organized developer handoff with clear specifications and states

• Work closely with developers to resolve implementation questions and ensure the finished product matches the intended UX

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI or product-design experience

• Strong experience designing real web and/or mobile applications — not just websites

• Portfolio showing complex application work such as dashboards, workflows, forms, or multi-step experiences

• Strong product thinking and ability to solve UX problems, not just create attractive screens

• Advanced Figma proficiency

• Strong experience with components, Auto Layout, reusable libraries, and design systems

• Strong information architecture and interaction-design skills

• Ability to think through application states, edge cases, errors, and user flows

• Experience preparing clean, detailed developer handoff

• Strong visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and UI craft

• Ability to explain the reasoning behind your design decisions

• Ability to work independently and take ownership from requirements through final design

• Strong written and spoken English

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience designing payroll, time-tracking, workforce-management, or HR software

• B2B SaaS or fintech product-design experience

• Experience designing both web and mobile versions of the same product

• Experience with complex data-heavy dashboards or operational software

• Experience contributing to or maintaining a mature design system
