Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

F5 Global Talent is hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own the full marketing function for a U.S. business.

This is a true marketing generalist role. You’ll personally handle SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn lead generation, social media management, content creation, graphics/photo editing, and short-form video editing.

You won’t be briefing specialists to execute the work for you — you’ll be the person actually running the campaigns, generating leads, creating the content, designing the graphics, and editing the videos.

We’re looking for someone with genuine breadth across digital marketing who can independently decide where to focus their time each week.

A portfolio is required, and your visual work will be reviewed as part of the application.

This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in India, working U.S. business hours.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own SEO strategy and execution

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns

• Run LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns and bring qualified prospects into the sales funnel

• Manage social media across relevant platforms

• Create content that maintains a consistent and engaging brand presence

• Produce graphics and photo edits for organic content and paid campaigns

• Edit short-form video for both organic and paid use

• Prioritize independently across all areas of marketing based on business needs

• Support sales efforts directly through the campaigns and content you produce

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Hands-on SEO experience

• Hands-on Google Ads experience

• Experience generating leads through LinkedIn

• Social media management experience

• Strong content-creation skills

• Hands-on graphics and photo-editing ability

• Hands-on short-form video-editing ability

• A portfolio showing real visual work you personally created

• Evidence that you have personally run campaigns and generated leads

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong judgment about where to prioritize your time and effort

• Comfortable owning an entire marketing function rather than one narrow specialty

• Strong written and spoken English

• Availability to work U.S. business hours

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience supporting a U.S.-based B2B company

• Experience creating both organic and paid social content

• Experience connecting marketing activity directly to sales pipeline and lead generation

• Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting
