Email Marketing Designer

About the Role

Eyr Holistic is a fast-growing Nordic ecommerce group in natural wellness and beauty, operating multiple eight to nine-figure brands including Norse Organics, Frøya Organics, Primal Viking, and Arctic Goddess. Our mission is to free one hundred million people through natural, high-quality products — and we hire for radical ownership, taste, and an obsessive standard of work.

We're looking for a talented Email Marketing Designer to help grow two of these brands, Norse Organics and Frøya, through world-class email marketing.

This isn't a template-filling role. You'll be trusted to turn simple creative briefs into complete, launch-ready email designs — developing the visual concept, layout, and final execution yourself. Your work will reach millions of readers and directly shape how they experience two of the fastest-growing brands in health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing email campaigns for Norse Organics and Frøya.
• Turn simple creative briefs into visually engaging, launch-ready emails.
• Create clean, premium designs that communicate the message clearly.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across both brands.
• Collaborate closely with the Email Marketing Strategist and Email Marketing Copywriter.
• Continuously improve designs through feedback and iteration.

Requirements

• Strong email design experience.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of typography, hierarchy, spacing, and composition.
• Ability to create clean, modern, premium designs.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Ability to work quickly and consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving your craft.

Nice to Have

• Ecommerce or DTC experience.
• Experience with health, wellness, skincare, or supplement brands.
• Klaviyo experience.
