We’re working with a global leader in the iGaming space to hire a Senior Product Designer to join their Ecosystem team. This is a high-impact role focused on designing the experiences that sit around and between the games—helping to deliver seamless, engaging, and intuitive player journeys at scale.

With a workforce of over 12,000 globally and offices across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, this organisation sits at the heart of some of the most widely used gaming platforms in the world.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in designing end-to-end user experiences across the product ecosystem—from discovery and concept through to high-fidelity prototypes and delivery.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and wider stakeholders to bring ideas to life before a single line of code is written.

📍 Location: Gibraltar / Malta / Remote (depending on preference)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing high-fidelity UI/UX concepts and interactive prototypes across mobile and desktop
• Creating and evolving design systems, components, and patterns in Figma
• Collaborating closely with Product, BA, and Engineering teams to shape and refine solutions
• Supporting delivery by clarifying designs, interactions, and edge cases
• Presenting ideas clearly to stakeholders and incorporating feedback iteratively
• Ensuring design consistency across the wider ecosystem and connected products
• Prototyping interaction flows, animations, and transitions to bring ideas to life
• Helping define and influence the overall product experience and design direction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Product Design / UX/UI, ideally within iGaming or gaming/entertainment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity, production-level design and prototyping
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Sketch also considered)
• Deep understanding of user-centred design, usability, and interaction design
• Strong experience designing complex, scalable systems and flows
• Ability to work closely with developers, understanding technical constraints
• Experience with advanced prototyping tools (e.g. Origami) is a plus
• Additional skills in motion, animation, or visual design are highly beneficial
