🎨 About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, high‑fidelity interfaces and interaction patterns for backoffice tools and ecosystem‑level experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, developers, and fellow designers to conceptualise, prototype, and deliver polished, production‑ready designs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, enjoys solving complex UX challenges, and loves owning designs from concept to implementation.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Partner with product teams to conceptualise and iterate on new user journeys and features
• Produce high‑fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction flows for desktop and mobile
• Build and maintain Figma components, design systems, and reusable UI patterns
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and guide teams through decisions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI and animations
• Iterate based on feedback, technical constraints, and edge‑case scenarios
• Prepare clean, structured design files and documentation for cross‑team use
• Contribute to long‑term UX strategy, consistency, and system‑wide design coherence
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices in gaming and entertainment

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer (iGaming experience is crucial)
• Mastery of Figma and strong prototyping skills
• Ability to create high‑fidelity, production‑ready prototypes
• Strong understanding of usability, user‑centred design, and responsive UI
• Experience with motion, animation, or interaction design is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front‑end concepts is a bonus
• Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills
• Ability to operate strategically while diving deep into hands‑on execution
