Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Global Head of Product Marketing to lead the strategic direction, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy of our client's product portfolio — including Slots, Live Casino, and Sportsbook.
This senior leadership role is ideal for an iGaming expert who combines deep product understanding, market insight, and technical acumen. You’ll be responsible for defining global strategy, guiding teams across multiple regions, and ensuring every product launch, campaign, and market initiative drives measurable growth and differentiation.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Define and own the global product marketing strategy across all iGaming verticals — Slots, Live Casino, and Sportsbook.
- Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Brand teams to create compelling narratives, messaging, and GTM campaigns that resonate across global markets.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for all product verticals, ensuring deep understanding of player engagement, product mechanics, and technological infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor a global product marketing team.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive GTM framework for new launches and key updates.
- Utilise product analytics and market data to guide strategy, identify trends, and drive decision-making.
- Analyse competitors to inform roadmap and positioning.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, and Operations teams globally.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with at least 5 years in senior or global leadership roles within the iGaming industry.
- Proven success in Slots, Live Casino, and Sportsbook marketing strategies and GTM execution.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, player acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to launch and scale products across multiple international markets.
- Data-driven mindset — skilled in analysing performance metrics and optimising strategy.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse, distributed teams.
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Product Management (MBA preferred).
