EyeCarePro is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to own and optimize our HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, SEO strategy, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). This fully remote role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesHubSpot Marketing Automation & CRM Management
- Own and optimize HubSpot CRM, workflows, email automation, and lead nurturing systems.
- Develop and implement lead scoring, segmentation, and automation strategies to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements within HubSpot.
SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Collaborate with our marketing agency to implement SEO strategies that increase organic visibility for MOFU and BOFU content.
- Track keyword performance and search rankings using HubSpot's SEO tools, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and HubSpot forms to improve lead capture and conversion rates.
Campaign Performance & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on HubSpot marketing campaign performance for MOFU/BOFU lead generation.
- Build and manage HubSpot dashboards to provide real-time visibility into marketing efforts.
- Measure the ROI of marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and paid media strategies.
Sales Alignment & Lead Handoff Optimization
- Partner with the sales team to optimize lead handoff processes within HubSpot, ensuring high-quality leads are properly nurtured.
- Gather sales feedback and refine lead scoring, qualification, and nurturing workflows in HubSpot.
- Improve customer journey touchpoints by aligning sales and marketing data.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date on HubSpot best practices, trends, and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency and results.
- Recommend and implement new HubSpot tools, integrations, and automations to optimize performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub & HubSpot CRM (certifications are a plus).
- Experience with SEO tools (HubSpot SEO, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Proficiency in CRO strategies, including A/B testing, UX optimization, and form enhancements in HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HubSpot data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
- Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
Work Arrangement & Schedule
- Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must have their own computer and internet access).
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
