Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The Opportunity

• UX UI Designer (5+ Years Experience) - Senior

Your Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior UX UI Designer who can independently drive end-to-end UX initiatives for digital products and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user-centered design, design systems, stakeholder management, and enterprise UX.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX UI design activities across web and digital applications.
• Drive UX strategy, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct requirement analysis, UX workshops, and design discussions.
• Create scalable and reusable design systems, UI guidelines, and component libraries.
• Translate complex business problems into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Independently manage design deliverables and project ownership.
• Present design concepts, workflows, recommendations, and UX strategies to clients and leadership teams.
• Prepare professional client presentations, storytelling decks, and workshop materials using PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards.
• Support UX research activities, UX audits, usability improvements, and design documentation.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall design quality and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in UX UI Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design

• Strong portfolio showcasing web, platform, or digital product design projects

• Expertise in:

• User Experience (UX) Design

• User Interface (UI) Design

• Information Architecture

• Interaction Design

• Design Thinking

• Wireframing & Prototyping

• Design Systems

• UX Strategy & Storytelling

• Hands-on experience with tools like:

• Figma

• FigJam

• Microsoft Apps

• Miro or similar collaboration tools

• Adobe CC

• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.

• Ability to independently drive discussions, workshops, and project execution.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

Good to Have

• Exposure to large-scale digital transformation projects
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to SAP ecosystem and SAP-based projects is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles is an added advantage
