We are currently hiring a temporary Project Management Lead (now through November 2025), with the possibility of a longer-term opportunity, to oversee the execution of high-stakes activations for a national campaign targeting Gen Z audiences.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized, accountable, and proactive Project Management Lead to manage the execution of US-based experiential marketing activations in collaboration with our internal and external teams. This person will oversee timelines, deliverables, creative asset reviews, and production logistics, ensuring campaigns stay on-brand, on-budget, and on-time. The role requires a detail-oriented executor who understands Gen Z audiences, can manage cross-functional teams, and is comfortable with technology-driven activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution, from timeline planning to final delivery.
- Coordinate activation logistics and production workflows.
- Manage all deliverables, review rounds, revisions, and client approvals, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to align outputs with campaign goals.
- Oversee the development and buildout of tech-heavy game-based experiences as part of the activation.
- Communicate clearly with clients and partners in English.
- Lead internal and external check-ins and track project progress in dynamic Google Sheets timeline trackers.
- Prepare and update client-facing presentations using Google Slides.
- Track budgets, reconcile expenses, and report financials regularly.
- Supervise and support freelance teams and contractors to ensure on-time execution.
- Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact timelines or deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in marketing, events, or activations (agency or brand-side).
- Proven track record managing complex experiential campaigns and tech-integrated builds.
- Deep familiarity with Gen Z behavior, media habits, and cultural drivers.
- Expert-level Google Workspace skills (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Fluent in English with confidence leading meetings and interfacing with U.S. clients.
- Strong understanding of branded content, creative development, and revision workflows.
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
- Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, able to move things forward independently, take ownership, and hold yourself accountable.
- Comfortable with fast-paced timelines and overlapping priorities.
- Experienced in creative workflows and managing multiple rounds of feedback and approvals.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Experience supporting branded youth or college activations.
- Familiarity with gamification and/or interactive technology builds.
