Who We Are:

Extra Sauce Agency is a B2B content-led marketing agency that helps SaaS founders and thought leaders scale through high-impact storytelling, strategic narratives, and content engines. We partner directly with executives to build trust, authority, and pipeline through executive-led content.

We specialize in executive ghostwriting on social media, building content flywheels through podcast shows, and providing go-to-market consulting. What sets us apart is our ability to create insightful yet binge-worthy content—not the typical “boring-to-boring” (B2B) content you often see in this space. We also align content efforts with outbound strategies such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.

We’re now hiring our first Account Manager / Go-To-Market Strategist to join our growing team and play a critical role in managing clients, leading fulfillment, and ensuring our strategies drive results.

What You’ll Do:

As our first Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients - working closely with CEOs, CTOs, and senior leaders. You will:

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and lead fulfillment execution.
  • Run content calls with executives to extract insights and stories for the content flywheel.
  • Implement and optimize video content engines, scaling them from early-stage to mid-market standard.
  • Translate technical SaaS concepts (cybersecurity, AI development, digital transformation, etc.) into simple, compelling narratives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to maximize client strategies.
  • Use a balance of analytics, qualitative data, and intuition to back recommendations and present data clearly and persuasively.
  • Command trust and respect in executive-level conversations.

Who We’re Looking For:

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who has already “lived in these rooms” and can confidently engage with B2B executives. You’re a strong fit if you:

  • Have 3–5+ years of B2B marketing/account management experience (agency or SaaS preferred).
  • Have scaled content or video marketing engines before.
  • Understand the mindset of founders and C-level leaders.
  • Thrive at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and creative execution.
  • Are excited to grow long-term with a fast-moving, AI-powered content agency.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Starting: $30–40 CAD/hour (depending on experience).
  • Transition: Move into monthly retainer and later a full-time salary role as we scale.

Hiring Process:

  1. Questionnaire (20 minutes - saves both of us time)
  2. Mini-assignment (show us your strategic and execution skills)
  3. Final Interview (let’s see if we’re the right fit for each other)
