We are hiring a Professional Services engineer to join our client's professional Services team and work with APAC/EMEA based customers.

Reporting to: Professional Services Team Lead, India

Direct Employment

Responsibilities:

• Design, Customize and implement the PS offered solution, hands-on, within the agreed upon timelines.
• Work with global enterprise customers.
• Develop know-how and best practices related to such engagement and serve as a center of knowledge for our client and its partners.
• Interact with their global Professional Services Center.

Position Requirements:

Requirements:

• 5 years previous experience in similar positions in a software company.
• Networking or security background.
• Experience in Linux/UNIX environments.
• Experience in programming in Perl or Python.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience in customer facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented, fast learner.
• Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity.
• Operating well under-pressure, multi-tasking.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time, working on-site with client's customers.

Advantages:

• Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Panorama, Fortinet, etc).
• Experience writing Shell script.
