They are seeking a Head of Sales US to expand their market reach and manage existing relationships in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and engage new prospects through research, outreach, and networking.
● Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand the company's footprint.
● Actively prospect via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.
● Attend industry events and conferences and establish new connections.
● Build a strong pipeline of clients and manage the full sales cycle.
● Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms using analytical data.
● Meet with existing clients to strengthen relationships, address needs, optimize partnerships, and identify growth opportunities.
● Serve as the main point of contact for U.S.-based clients.
● Provide regular updates on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
Skills and Qualifications:
● 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management
● Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or performance-based marketing.
● Proven success in building new business and growing existing accounts.
● Experience in high-growth sales environments.
● Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and consultative sales skills.
● Ability to work independently in a remote role while staying aligned with HQ.
● High level of ownership and proactivity in identifying and pursuing opportunities.
● Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
● Data-driven mindset with a strategic approach to sales.
● Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and digital marketing concepts.
