We are looking for presales Engineer to join our dynamic sales & marketing team. In this role, you will take a vital part in supporting the regional sales team and driving business growth across the Asia-Pacific region. You will operate in APAC region and frequently travel within the region, working closely with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their specific needs and requirements, attending regional events and exhibitions and leading technical presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting the value of Group's technologies to prospective customers and providing solutions to address customer business requirements in the APAC region
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our intelligence-based solutions
- Manage and execute proof of concept (POC) projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and successful evaluation of our solutions
- Assisting in responses to RFPs and other documents as required for furthering sales opportunities' development
- Coordinate across various internal teams, including R&D, Product Management, and Customer Success, to tailor solutions to client challenges and requirements
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings to provide insightful recommendations to the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional support throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Experience working in Asia-Pacific - MUST
- Min. 3 years of experience in a Presales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role in a high-tech environment
- Bachelor's degree in business marketing, economics, or related field - advantage
- Experience with preparing RFI, RFP, and proposal documents
- Experience in working with the governmental industry - advantage
- Willingness to travel within Asia-Pacific region as required
- A self-motivated versatile and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and success
- Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Eager and able to learn new technologies.
- Strong technical background and understanding of cyber intelligence-based solutions - an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to details
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
