What you will do:

eXp Realty’s Digital Marketing team is seeking to welcome a Senior Digital Marketing Developer who is a problem solver and digital innovator. This role is all about building smart solutions, improving site performance, and integrating APIs to create a seamless user experience across our platforms.

This position is hands-on and execution-focused—meaning you’ll be the one developing, testing, and implementing technical solutions that drive real impact across our various web properties. You’ll work closely with our digital team to align on priorities, but your focus will be coding, optimizing, and making things work better and smarter.

This role is perfect for someone with a marketing mindset and a developer’s skill set—someone who can take business goals and turn them into high-performing website features, optimized funnels, and seamless integrations.

• Build & integrate APIs to connect our platforms, ensuring data flows seamlessly.
• Develop a multi-source search feature that aggregates results from our courses, events, blogs, and YouTube.
• Optimize website performance & UX to improve conversions, engagement, and site speed.
• Drive SEO & SEM strategies to boost traffic and visibility.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance to make data-driven improvements.
• Troubleshoot & resolve website bugs, API errors, and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement front-end & back-end updates that enhance functionality and scalability.
• Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively find ways to enhance our digital platforms.

How you will grab our attention:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, web design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years working industry experience.
• Experience with WordPress (Tatsu, Elementor), WP Engine, and HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
• Experience with AI-driven website personalization.
• Familiarity with custom dashboards and reporting tools for web analytics.
