Job Description: Experience Designer (Junior)

Location: Hong Kong (On-site)

‍Salary: HKD 15-18K per month

‍Reports to: Creative Director

The Role

‍We are looking for a high-energy, multidisciplinary Junior Experience Designer to join our creative engine. This isn't a "sit back and watch" role—you will be hands-on from Day 1, designing and building digital experiences that move. You’ll be the bridge between high-level creative vision and operational reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Design & Development (Webflow): Translate Figma designs into high-performance, responsive websites using Webflow. You should be comfortable with interactions, CMS structures, and ensuring a "pixel-perfect" build.
• Motion & Video: Create engaging motion graphics and edit video content for social media, product explainers, and marketing campaigns (Premiere Pro / After Effects).
• Operations & Product Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations team to streamline internal assets and the Product team to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience.
• Visual Design: Support the Creative Director in producing high-quality graphic assets for digital and physical touchpoints.

Required Skills & Mindset

• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Webflow, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Portfolio: A strong showcase of digital work, specifically featuring at least one live Webflow site and motion/video samples.
• Hands-on Speed: You thrive in an environment where you "build as you design" and aren't afraid of tight deadlines.
• Collaboration: Comfortable taking feedback from a Creative Director and translating operational constraints from the Ops team into creative solutions.
