Software Development Engineer

EXP Group is seeking innovative and results-driven Software Development Engineers to help build technology solutions at the intersection of finance, operations, and AI. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems that support financial and operational workflows
• Leverage AI/ML tools to optimize decisionmaking and automation
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with product, finance, and operations teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Java, or similar languages)
• Experience with financial systems, accounting tools, or operational software
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikitlearn)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Selfstarter mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a remote team

Nice to Have:

• Background in logistics, fintech, or SaaS platforms
• Experience working with largescale data systems or APIs
