Role Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Gen AI Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced generative models, analyzing large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven insights and solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI initiatives and driving our mission forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), including the design, optimization of NLP systems, frameworks, and tools.
• Strong Proficiency in Python and SQL (3+ years), with a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and generative models.
• Experience with Large Language Models like GPT, LLaMA, Gemini etc.
• A strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience in crafting effective prompts for large language models and other generative AI tools
• Good to have experience in building scalable applications using LLMs by utilizing different frameworks and productionizing machine learning and AI models.
• Good knowledge and experience of Vector DB and RAG architecture.
• Experience in utilizing advanced analytics and data visualization tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
