About the Role

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign v8 including data models, workflows, and multi-channel campaign execution (Email, SMS, Direct Mail).
- Design and implement complex segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with:
- Adobe Experience Cloud: AEP RTCDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target
- CRM Systems: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
- External Systems: SFTP, APIs, databases, and via FDA (Federated Data Access)
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign execution, delivery, and tracking issues.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and email marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, integrations, and technical specifications.
- Perform quality checks and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
Must have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a developer for Adobe Campaign v7/v8, with deep functional and technical understanding
- Strong understanding of Email marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey orchestration.
- Preferred candidate should be Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Campaign. (Developer/Architect)
- Experience on channel configuration including Email, SMS, Direct Mail, etc.
- Working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) including Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and XML for customization and automation
- Strong integration expertise using API, Batch, CRM and FDA for seamless data flow between systems
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template development.
- Practical knowledge of Interaction Module and Message Centre for real-time and transactional messaging
- In-depth understanding of marketing operations and email deliverability best practices
- Exposure to other Adobe Experience Cloud products including AEP RTCDP, Analytics, Target, etc.
- Well-versed in data privacy regulations, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and industry best practices in campaign management
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Some programming background in Java, VB, C#, and PHP, enabling customized campaign solutions (good to have, not a mandate)
