Role Overview
As a Solution Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for our Data Platform. You’ll translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions, enable sales teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Storytelling & Messaging
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for the ASA Platform and its solutions.
- Translate complex technical features into customer-centric value narratives tailored to buyer personas and verticals.
- Create content assets including solution briefs, presentations, web copy, and thought leadership materials.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Support product launches and feature rollouts with coordinated GTM plans.
- Collaborate with Product Line Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Drive competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform positioning and sales strategies.
Sales Enablement
- Equip sales teams with tools, training, and collateral to effectively communicate value and close deals.
- Develop and maintain battlecards, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the ASA Platform and its applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Management to understand roadmap and customer needs.
- Work with Demand Generation and Digital teams to support campaigns and lead generation.
- Gather feedback from Sales and customers to refine messaging and content.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- 5+ years in solution marketing or product marketing for enterprise software, SaaS, or data platforms.
- Proven ability to market to technical buyers (e.g., IT, engineering, network operations).
- Experience crafting solution-specific messaging and content across the buyer journey.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
Preferred / Bonus
- Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure, OSS/BSS, or service assurance platforms.
- Experience marketing to both executive and technical audiences.
- Understanding of data analytics, observability, or AI/ML-driven platforms.
