The Work We Do

We create sleek, modern and efficient websites that look great and deliver phenomenal uptime, security, SEO and accessibility. All of our clients are in the US and European markets. We work on four kinds of engagements: Website Builds, Site Redesigns, Regular Maintenance and Lift-Shift projects (where we shift the CMS and don’t do any redesign).

We have established partnerships with – and are experts in – the top CMS products including : Webflow, Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, Drupal, Contentful and WordPress. As a company, we have the ability to deliver websites on any of these platforms.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager (IT) with 3 years of experience in website project management. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and client teams to deliver exceptional websites that are secure, fast, accessible, and SEO-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of enterprise website projects – from kickoff to launch.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, content teams, and stakeholders.
• Build project plans outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Assign tasks, manage resources, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Communicate progress and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify project risks early and find smart solutions.
• Oversee project budgets and resource allocation.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating everyone to do their best work.
• Stay updated on digital project management trends and web technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale website design and development projects.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and digital marketing basics.
• Excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and clients.
• Solid leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
