Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and autonomous UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can confidently take the lead on design projects and work with minimal supervision. This role is a perfect fit for a designer who is proficient in both product-focused and marketing-focused design, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Design (60-70%): Lead the design of user interfaces and user experiences for our app and admin portals. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and effective product designs that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Web and Marketing Design (30-40%): Develop and produce design assets for our website and various marketing materials. This includes web design, marketing collateral, and other creative assets.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with our brand and business goals. Your strong English communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with a U.S.-based team.
- Project Management: Confidently manage your own workflow and tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in both product and marketing design.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Figma is required. Experience with other web design platforms or tools like Editor X is a nice-to-have.
- Work Style: Must be a self-starter, dependable, and capable of working autonomously.
- Communication: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Being an English as a Second Language (ESL) speaker is not an issue, as long as you can communicate clearly and fluently.
- Time Zone: Comfortable working at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. time zones (Pacific).
