As a Senior Data Analyst, youll transform complex data into insights that help protect lives, improve member services, and drive responsible gun ownership awareness. Few analyst roles offer this level of tangible, socially relevant impact.

In this role, youll not only deliver high-quality analyses and dashboards but also mentor junior analysts, guide best practices, and shape how the business uses data to make smarter decisions. Your work will directly influence strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
Youll collaborate with marketing, member services, sales, and executive leadership to define KPIs, develop reporting solutions, and uncover actionable insights. Your analyses will be used across the company, giving you high visibility and the opportunity to influence decisions at the highest level.

Senior Data Analyst - Required Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles in a corporate environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience writing advanced SQL and working with relational databases.
Demonstrated experience in one or more visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) preferred.
Can clearly articulate and demonstrate an understanding of data governance, data quality assurance, and metric consistency.
Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, regressions, and other statistical methods.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of articulating complex findings clearly.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead data initiatives, balance multiple priorities, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.

While we welcome applications from candidates who desire to work remotely, we offer preferred consideration to those who can work at our beautiful headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin. For those opting for a hybrid schedule, this involves working in-office three days a week.
Target base salary range $75,000 - $100,000 based on experience. Eligible for company bonus plan.
