About The Role
Were hiring a Marketing Automation & Systems Lead to architect and scale the martech systems that power Allocates go-to-market engine. This mid- to senior-level role is ideal for a hands-on builder ready to own and evolve a modern marketing stack that fuels growth, tightens sales alignment, and improves performance visibility.
This isnt just a systems management roleits a chance to shape how Allocate measures success and drives revenue. Youll work across marketing, sales, product, design, engineering, and leadership to ensure the infrastructure supports strategic goals and scales efficiently.

Youll lead core initiatives across our marketing and revenue stack to improve execution, alignment, and insight. Responsibilities include:
Qualifications
The base pay offered will be determined based on the candidates experience, location, skills, training, certifications and education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role, as well as internal equity and market data. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range; however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis. This role will be subject to Allocate's Code of Ethics and related compliance obligations of Allocate.
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without visa sponsorship.
