Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure & Security to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical infrastructure and security projects. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project objectives align with business goals, and maintaining high standards of security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

•      Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for infrastructure and security initiatives.

•      Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT leadership, security teams, business units, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

•      Risk & Compliance Management: Identify security risks, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

•      Resource Coordination: Allocate and manage project resources, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

•      Performance Monitoring: Track project milestones, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to senior management.

•      Process Improvement: Continuously enhance project management methodologies, security protocols, and operational procedures to drive efficiency.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

•      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

Administration, or a related field.

•      5+ years of project management experience in infrastructure, security, or IT operations.

•      Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud services, cybersecurity frameworks, and ITIL best practices.

•      Experience managing security initiatives such as SOC implementation, vulnerability management, access controls, and disaster recovery planning.

•      Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).

•      Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent.

•      Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

•      Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum

Master, SAFe, etc.).

•      Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.

•      Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps practices.
