Role Description The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end digital strategy and execution for D2C clients, focusing on revenue growth and performance optimization. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Rajkot Area involves planning and managing digital campaigns across paid social, search, and email, as well as overseeing funnel optimization and CRO initiatives. The person in this role will analyze web and campaign performance data, generate insights, and implement optimizations to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer retention. They will collaborate with creative, copywriting, and account management teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring alignment with client growth objectives. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will also stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously refine the agency’s POEE framework.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategy, with experience in performance-focused campaigns for D2C or ecommerce brands.
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, particularly Meta Ads and other paid social channels, with a track record of measurable revenue impact.
• Experience in Lead Generation and customer acquisition funnels, including audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.
• Advanced Web Analytics capabilities, using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, optimizing ROAS, and improving conversion rates and retention metrics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior marketers, and manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear growth strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Meta, Google) are a plus.
• Experience with email marketing, CRO, and A/B testing tools is highly beneficial.
